 Preparation Method

 **Biscuit Layer:**


1. Prepare a 9-inch pan and grease it with butter or oil, then cover the sides with aluminum foil.

2. Combine the crushed biscuit with sugar, salt, and butter until the mixture is uniform.

3. Distribute the biscuit mixture at the bottom of the pan, slightly raising it on the edges. Ensure the layer is even.

4. Place the pan in a preheated oven at a medium temperature for 10 minutes and let it cool.


 **Cream Layer:**

1. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese for 4 minutes until smooth.

2. Gradually add the sugar and salt while continuing to whisk.

3. Add the vanilla, then the eggs one by one, stirring after each addition.

4. Gradually incorporate the thick cream and sour cream, continuing to whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.

2. Place the pan inside another larger pan containing water (water bath).

3. Bake the cheesecake for an hour and a half in the oven, then allow it to cool completely.
